Armani Exchange is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of sales associates while providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.   1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  3. Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results.
  4. Foster a strong customer service culture by setting a high standard for customer interactions and ensuring all customers receive exceptional service.
  5. Create and maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  7. Manage inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  8. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and represent the brand with enthusiasm and pride.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure that all team members are following them as well.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  13. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales associates.
  14. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  15. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional sales and customer service skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates.

  • Excellent Knowledge Of Fashion And Current Fashion Trends, Particularly In The Luxury Market.

About Armani Exchange

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand. To accelerate development of the nascent line, Giorgio Armani co-established the joint venture company Presidio Holdings Ltd in 2005 alongside Como Holdings, the company owned by the Singaporean tycoon Ong Beng Seng that, since 1994, has held the production and distribution license for A/X Armani Exchange in the United States, Canada, Central and South America and Asia-Pacific.
