1. Oversee daily operations of the Armani Exchange store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
4. Ensure store appearance and visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's image and standards.
5. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Maintain inventory levels and work closely with the buying team to ensure the store has the latest and most in-demand products.
7. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
8. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, employee relations, and store operations.
9. Act as a brand ambassador and promote the Armani Exchange brand to customers and within the community.
10. Collaborate with other store managers and upper management to share best practices and contribute to overall company success.
