Tailor/Alterations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Tailor/Alterations Specialist to join our Armani Exchange team! The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with an exceptional attention to detail and a flair for fashion. We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in tailoring and alterations. The Tailor/Alterations Specialist will work closely with customers to ensure all alterations are done to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

1. Measure and fit garments to customers’ specifications.
2. Expertly alter garments to ensure a perfect fit.
3. Utilize a variety of tools and materials to make alterations, including hand sewing and machine sewing.
4. Perform all repairs and alterations with the utmost precision and attention to detail.
5. Ensure all alterations are completed within the specified timeframe.
6. Provide a great customer service experience to every customer.
7. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials needed for alterations.
8. Keep work area clean and organized.
9. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
10. Remain up to date on current fashion trends.
