
Strategic Solutions Manager
As a Strategic Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing the utilization of Arrive’s capacity through strategic sales and tech enablement. This is an opportunity to execute core business strategy creatively and establish a frictionless experience for Arrive’s Carrier and Shipper partners. The Strategic Solutions Manager position is a tremendous opportunity to strengthen your people management skills while also selling into static lanes and markets. Consistently engage with Carrier Sales representatives and managers articulating the benefits of Arrive’s Products. Collaborate with Marketing and Data Solutions Group to stand up effective marketing procurement strategies for Arrive Edge. Grow Arrive’s Core Carrier Capacity through Committed Lane Agreements. Empower team members through coaching, best practices, and effective sales methodology. Assist in zone OKR implementation and monitor key result progress.
6+ years of Logistics or Sales experience
Experience with strategic initiatives and sales execution
Familiarity with product implementation and adoption
Ability to drive team growth through soft skills, leadership, and Organizational awareness
