Job Description

As a Director, Product you own the planning and launch of software products as part of our MICA platform. You drive the product vision and have a strong influence in how digital technologies will shape the industry. Lead the product strategy for medical imaging application(s), including roadmap, customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and pricing. Facilitate product definition and design, including prototyping and UI/UX, by gathering product requirements for radiology and enterprise users. Work closely with clinical advisory board members, customers, and partners to understand the needs of the market. Maintain a solid understanding of the radiology software market and competitive landscape.Lead and manage cross-functional, Agile development teams. Creation of launch plan and deliverables to support our commercial efforts including support to OEM channels. Support regulatory activities and submissions.

Job Qualifications

  • 15 + years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a start-up environment

  • Proven experience with planning, deployment, “go-live” and post launch management

  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time

  • Experience building radiology imaging software or computer-aided diagnosis software strongly preferred
