- Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes through the use of technology and data.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to understand the needs and challenges of our healthcare providers and translate those into innovative technology solutions.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical informatics to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of healthcare technology.
- Train and educate staff on new technology and processes, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and technologies into existing workflows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to clinical informatics and patient data.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for other staff members, providing guidance and support in the use of technology and data to improve patient care.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Informatics Or Clinical Data Management.
Certification In Healthcare Informatics, Such As Certified Professional In Healthcare Information And Management Systems (Cphims) Or Certified Health Data Analyst (Chda).
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Workflows And Processes, As Well As Knowledge Of Electronic Health Record Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Healthcare Professionals And Technical Teams.
