- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy over the phone
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for patients
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with patients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients
- Continuously improve knowledge of healthcare services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to patients
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and appointment scheduling as needed
