  2. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about our healthcare services.
  3. Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and assist with any necessary paperwork or forms.
  4. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
  5. Listen attentively to patient concerns and provide empathetic and compassionate support.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients, escalating to a supervisor if necessary.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care for patients.
  8. Keep detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions and transactions.
  9. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and provide exceptional customer service.
  10. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to effectively communicate with patients and address their needs.
  11. Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to improve job knowledge and skills.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations.
  14. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
  15. Adhere to work schedules and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
