11. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new security personnel, ensuring they are trained and familiar with all security protocols.
12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to security staff.
13. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards related to security.
14. Represent the organization in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
