  • Conduct EEG procedures and interpret results to assist in diagnosing neurological disorders and conditions
  • Perform advanced neurophysiological testing, including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and results
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop treatment plans for patients based on test results
  • Educate patients and their families on the procedures and results of neurophysiological tests
  • Stay up-to-date on advancements in the field of neurophysiology and incorporate new techniques and technology into practice
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and make necessary adjustments during procedures
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members and students as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Foster a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Neuroscience, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Certification As An Eeg Technologist Through Abret Or Similar Organization.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience Performing Eegs And Other Neurodiagnostic Tests.

  • Knowledge Of Advanced Eeg Techniques, Such As Evoked Potentials And Intracranial Eeg Monitoring.

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret Eeg Data, And Communicate Findings To Physicians And Other Healthcare Professionals.
