  1. Provide comprehensive care and support to pediatric hematology oncology patients and their families.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' medical history, symptoms, and current condition.
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  4. Monitor and manage patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Doctorate Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Pediatric Hematology Oncology.

  • Active And Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Hematology Oncology, Preferably In An Acute Care Setting.

  • Certification As A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp) Or Pediatric Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (Cpnp) From A Recognized Certifying Organization.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient And Family Education.
