- Oversee the daily operations of all physician practices within the Ascension Health system.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize practice performance.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners.
- Manage and train staff to ensure they are providing exceptional service to patients and following all relevant regulations and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of physician practices, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate within the physician practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all employees.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the physician practices.
- Communicate regularly with leadership to provide updates on practice performance and identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations Management, Preferably In A Physician Practice Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Compliance, And Quality Improvement Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Experience With Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Revenue Cycle Management.
