1. Oversee the daily operations of all physician practices within the Ascension Health system.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize practice performance.
4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners.
6. Manage and train staff to ensure they are providing exceptional service to patients and following all relevant regulations and protocols.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Manage budgets and financial performance of physician practices, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate within the physician practices.
10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all employees.
