RN Diabetes Educator - Pediatrics Endocrinology

Ascension Health is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Diabetes Educator to join our Pediatric Endocrinology team. In this role, you will provide the highest quality of care to patients and families affected by diabetes. You will develop an individualized care plan for each patient, collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the endocrinology team, and provide education and support to patients and their families.In order to be successful in this role, you must have a current RN license in the state of practice, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and a minimum of two years of experience in the endocrinology field. In addition, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for patient care.
