Job Description

As a CRM Specialist at ASOS plc, you will be a key part of our Customer Engagement team, using data and technology to create an amazing customer experience. As the ideal candidate, you will possess an analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for developing customer relationships. You will have a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) technologies. In addition, you will need to have experience in customer acquisition and retention, direct marketing, and online marketing. The ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders is also essential. You will be a creative and innovative thinker, motivated to deliver the best customer experience possible. Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) technologies to engage customers and deliver an amazing customer experience.
  2. Analyze data and develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  3. Implement direct and online marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Utilize creative and innovative thinking to deliver the best customer experiences.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to customer experience.
  7. Monitor industry trends and suggest ways to improve customer engagement.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
