Lead and oversee the development and execution of feasibility strategies for AstraZeneca's global clinical development portfolio.
Drive the success of the portfolio by identifying potential risks and opportunities and providing strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of clinical development activities.
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions that will impact the success of the portfolio.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Monitor and track progress of clinical development activities and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio delivery.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Project Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Feasibility, Site Selection, And Portfolio Delivery Processes.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Clinical Trials.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Complex Projects Simultaneously, With A Focus On Driving Efficiency And Meeting Timelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
