- Develop and implement integrated bioanalytical strategies for cell-based assays, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of scientists and technicians to execute bioanalytical assays and experiments.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry advancements in bioanalysis and cell-based assays to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the discovery and development of new treatments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards in all bioanalytical activities.
- Oversee the design, development, and validation of new cell-based assays.
- Analyze and interpret data from bioanalytical experiments, and communicate results to key stakeholders.

Advanced Degree In Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Cell-Based Assay Development And Validation
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines And Industry Standards For Bioanalytical Methods
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Scientists In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment
