  1. Develop and implement integrated bioanalytical strategies for cell-based assays, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of scientists and technicians to execute bioanalytical assays and experiments.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry advancements in bioanalysis and cell-based assays to drive innovation and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the discovery and development of new treatments.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards in all bioanalytical activities.
  6. Oversee the design, development, and validation of new cell-based assays.
  7. Analyze and interpret data from bioanalytical experiments, and communicate results to key stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for bioanalytical outsourcing.
  9. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  10. Participate in the planning and execution of departmental budgets and resources to support projects and initiatives.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to bioanalytical assays and recommend solutions.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all bioanalytical experiments and results.
  13. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings to present research and stay informed on industry developments.
  14. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve bioanalytical processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Cell-Based Assay Development And Validation

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines And Industry Standards For Bioanalytical Methods

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Scientists In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment

  • Exceptional Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Complex Assays
