Lead the development and implementation of Real World Evidence (RWE) strategies and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to identify, collect, and analyze RWE data from various sources
Identify and evaluate potential data sources for RWE studies, including electronic health records, claims databases, and patient registries
Design and execute RWE studies to support drug development and commercialization efforts
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and accuracy of RWE data
Communicate study findings and insights to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
Stay current with advancements in RWE technology and methodology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into the company's RWE capabilities
Mentor and coach junior team members on RWE data analysis and study design
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to RWE data collection and analysis
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide subject matter expertise on RWE data and methodologies
Collaborate with other data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain a robust RWE data infrastructure.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Real-World Evidence Data Analysis Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Real-World Data Sources, Methodologies, And Analytical Techniques.
Experience With Programming Languages Such As R, Python, Or Sas.
Proven Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Projects, As Well As Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills.
