  1. Lead and drive global clinical development programs to ensure the timely and successful development of innovative medicines.
  2. Provide strategic input and medical expertise to support the design and execution of clinical development plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical trial protocols and study designs that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  4. Serve as the medical expert for assigned projects, providing guidance to clinical research teams and ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trial data.
  5. Monitor and analyze clinical trial data to identify and address any safety or efficacy issues.
  6. Contribute to the development of regulatory submissions and participate in interactions with regulatory agencies.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to support the development and commercialization of new medicines.
  8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  9. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and scientific advancements to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  10. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings, presenting data and participating in scientific discussions.
  11. Adhere to all applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies.
  12. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment in clinical development strategies and processes.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve clinical development processes and procedures.
  14. Support the company's mission to improve healthcare for patients around the world through the development of innovative medicines.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Development Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Medical Degree (Md Or Equivalent) With Specialization In A Relevant Therapeutic Area.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Clinical Trial Regulations And Guidelines.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
