The successful candidate will have a commitment to excellence and an unswerving dedication to patient safety.This position requires candidates to have a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, nursing, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in patient safety and risk management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing patient safety initiatives, developing effective programs, and utilizing data to drive improvement. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.The Patient Safety Specialist will be an integral member of the team, responsible for leading patient safety initiatives across the organization.
