  1. Develop and optimize assays for drug discovery and development, utilizing your expertise in assay design, execution, and data analysis.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement novel assay technologies and techniques to improve drug discovery processes.
  3. Conduct experiments and analyze data to support the identification and validation of potential drug targets.
  4. Lead the design and execution of complex assays, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and reproducibility.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assay development and execution.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in assay technologies, and incorporate relevant updates into assay development strategies.
  7. Mentor and train junior scientists in assay techniques and protocols.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all experiments and results.
  9. Present findings and data to project teams and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the laboratory.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support assay development and validation.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve assay processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  14. Participate in cross-functional project teams to identify and prioritize potential drug targets for further development.
  15. Represent the company at scientific conferences and contribute to scientific publications and patents.

Job Qualifications
  • A Ph.d. In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Or Molecular Biology.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Assay Development And Validation, Particularly In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of And Experience With A Variety Of Analytical Techniques, Including Elisa, Pcr, And Flow Cytometry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Projects, As Well As Mentoring And Training Junior Scientists.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Data And Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
