  1. Lead the planning and execution of global clinical trials for AstraZeneca.
  2. Manage the budget, timeline, and resources for each clinical trial.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the trial process.
  5. Monitor and analyze trial data to identify trends and potential issues, and develop solutions to address them.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement study protocols and procedures.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of clinical trials to upper management.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the trials.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure AstraZeneca's clinical trials remain at the forefront of innovation.
  12. Represent AstraZeneca at conferences and meetings to network with potential partners and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research And Project Management In The Biopharmaceutical Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Life Sciences Or Pharmacy. Advanced Degree (E.g. Master's, Phd) Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Global Clinical Trials, Including Oversight Of Multiple Countries And Functional Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines, Regulatory Requirements, And Industry Standards For Clinical Trial Conduct.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
