Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve laboratory informatics processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
Lead and manage cutting-edge projects in a global pharmaceutical company.
Utilize expert knowledge of project management and laboratory informatics to drive impactful change.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with company goals.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Knowledge Of Laboratory Informatics Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Laboratory Informatics Systems, Including Lims, Eln, Sdms, And Other Related Software. They Should Be Able To Navigate And Troubleshoot These Systems Effectively.
Project Management Experience: A Senior Laboratory Informatics Project Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects In A Laboratory Setting. This Includes Experience In Project Planning, Budgeting, Resource Management, And Risk Assessment.
Strong Leadership Skills: Astrazeneca Is Looking For A Candidate Who Can Effectively Lead A Team Of Scientists, Analysts, And It Professionals. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, And The Capability To Resolve Conflicts.
Scientific Background: A Senior Laboratory Informatics Project Manager Should Have A Strong Scientific Background, Preferably With A Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Bioinformatics.
