The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading a project from end-to-end, including the identification and assessment of real-world data sources, the development of evidence-based strategies to collect, analyze, interpret, and report on the data, and the delivery of insights to guide clinical decision-making. The Senior Real World Evidence Scientist should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively to drive results. The desired qualifications for this role include a PhD or Master’s degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, health services research, or a related field.
