  1. Lead and contribute to cutting-edge projects in bioscience research with a focus on in vivo studies.
  2. Drive innovation in drug development through the application of scientific expertise and knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute in vivo studies that support drug discovery and development.
  4. Analyze and interpret data from in vivo studies to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for further research.
  5. Develop and implement novel methodologies and techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of in vivo studies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of bioscience and apply new insights and techniques to ongoing projects.
  7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior scientists and research associates.
  8. Take ownership of projects and ensure timely and successful completion of project milestones.
  9. Communicate research findings and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments, data, and protocols.
  11. Adhere to all safety and ethical standards in conducting in vivo studies.
  12. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during in vivo studies.
  13. Contribute to the writing and review of scientific publications and presentations.
  14. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.
  15. Represent AstraZeneca at scientific conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Phd In A Relevant Field Of Bioscience, Such As Pharmacology, Immunology, Or Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In In Vivo Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing In Vivo Studies, Including Proficiency In Animal Handling, Dosing, And Sample Collection.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Relevant Disease Models And Understanding Of Their Application In Drug Discovery And Development.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data Sets, As Well As Experience In Presenting Findings To Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
