Conduct cutting-edge research in immuno-oncology to identify and develop novel therapeutics
Lead and manage research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, biologists, and clinicians, to drive drug discovery and development
Utilize expertise in immunology and oncology to design and execute experiments and interpret data
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and incorporate new technologies and techniques into research projects
Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their scientific knowledge and skills
Communicate research findings and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners through presentations and written reports
Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications and presentations at conferences
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory guidelines during research activities
Act as a key contributor to the overall scientific strategy of the Immuno-Oncology Discovery division
Drive innovation and continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize research processes and methodologies.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Immunology, Oncology, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Strong Background In Immuno-Oncology Drug Discovery.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Development And Implementation Of Cutting-Edge Immuno-Oncology Assays And Technologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects In A Fast-Paced, Matrixed Environment.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Scientific Data To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
