US Oncology Nurse Educator Director, Central Region

AstraZeneca is looking for a highly competent, compassionate, and experienced Oncology Nurse Educator Director to join our Central Region team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the development and delivery of educational activities for AstraZeneca's oncology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in oncology nursing, a passion for educating and empowering healthcare professionals, and a strong track record of successful projects in the oncology space.This role requires both a strategic and tactical mindset. The Oncology Nurse Educator Director will need to be able to think big-picture to develop and implement long-term plans for our oncology education efforts and also be able to work on the details to ensure the successful launch and implementation of initiatives.We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing• Advanced degree (e.g., MSN, MPH, etc.) preferred• 5+ years of experience in oncology nursing• 5+ years of experience in oncology education• Proven track record of successful projects in the oncology space• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to travel up to 25%If you are a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of patients, then we want to hear from you.
