- Provide administrative support to the HR department in all personnel-related tasks.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and files.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding personnel policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees.
- Help to maintain a positive and welcoming work environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline personnel processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel information with discretion.
- Manage personnel-related data entry and filing systems.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or discrepancies in personnel records.
- Assist with performance evaluations and employee performance management.
- Participate in HR team meetings and provide input and suggestions for process improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR department.
