Master Data Specialist - Finance

Daily Cash Application for all Customer payments -Check, Credit Card, ACH, wire and book transfer payments. Daily reconciliation of all cash to Bank Statement. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Assist with Audit Schedules and or Unclaimed property request. Preparation of yearly tax reports 1099 and any others that may be required. Research and resolve any vendor inquiries or Discrepancies that may be escalated. Assist in Payment runs (printing of checks and technical support when needed). Approve Vendor Master changes that have been requested as well as having all new acct documentation completed for new account set up. Follow up on all outstanding Vendor payments (Statement Reconciliation). Data Clean-up for New integrations. Ensure all contact information for Invoices, Statements, and Dunning Notices are updated. Monitor Customer Master Dashboard and address any issues. Identify and eliminate Duplicate Accounts.
