Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nutrition care to patients
• Develop and implement nutrition plans and programs tailored to the individual needs of patients
• Assess patients’ nutritional needs and provide nutritional counseling
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress towards dietary goals
• Research and stay abreast of the latest developments in nutrition and food science
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all patient interactions
• Act as an advocate for patients and their families in regards to their nutrition and dietary needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Educate patients and their families about healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics
• Provide community outreach and education on nutrition-related topics
• Actively participate in department meetings, seminars, and training opportunities
