  1. Develop and implement strategies for conducting community health needs assessments.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for conducting assessments and developing action plans.
  3. Collaborate with various departments within Atrium Health to gather information and data on community health needs.
  4. Analyze data and present findings to senior leadership for decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local government officials, community organizations, and healthcare providers.
  6. Keep abreast of current trends and issues in public health and community wellness.
  7. Identify and prioritize key health issues affecting the community.
  8. Develop and implement evidence-based programs and interventions to address identified health needs.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to community health needs assessment.
  11. Develop and manage department budget and resources.
  12. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the progress and outcomes of community health initiatives.
  13. Participate in community events and initiatives to promote Atrium Health's commitment to improving community health.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise in community health.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Public Health, Community Health, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Community Health Needs Assessment And Program Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry, Healthcare Disparities, And Population Health.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Community Members.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading Teams, As Well As Budget And Project Management Skills.
