As an HR Program Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that support our employees and drive organizational success.   1. Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and support employee growth and development.
  2. Serve as a strategic partner to department leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities.
  4. Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to current HR programs and processes.
  5. Lead and manage projects related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and other HR areas.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  7. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  8. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  9. Lead and facilitate training sessions on HR policies, practices, and procedures for employees and managers.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for implementing new initiatives.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Atrium Health, promoting our mission, values, and culture to current and potential employees.
  13. Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth and development.
  14. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to track the effectiveness of programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  15. Participate in and represent Atrium Health at industry events and conferences to stay informed on industry developments and trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Program Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Compliance.

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
