- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and support employee growth and development.
- Serve as a strategic partner to department leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to current HR programs and processes.
- Lead and manage projects related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and other HR areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions on HR policies, practices, and procedures for employees and managers.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for implementing new initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Atrium Health, promoting our mission, values, and culture to current and potential employees.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth and development.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to track the effectiveness of programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in and represent Atrium Health at industry events and conferences to stay informed on industry developments and trends.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Program Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Compliance.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
