
Material Associate
At Atrium Health, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and organizing our inventory of materials and supplies and ensuring the accuracy and availability of our inventory. Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to stay focused under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and availability of inventory at all times.
- Maintain detailed records and logs of all materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
- Manage and organize inventory in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new inventory management systems, as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Manage and resolve any customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
