  1. Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
  2. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  3. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure quality and accuracy of test results.
  4. Record and analyze test results, and report any abnormalities or discrepancies.
  5. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure timely and accurate test results.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tests performed.
  8. Continuously update knowledge and skills in the field of medical technology.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  12. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Participate in training and mentoring of new team members.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  16. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
  17. Stay current with new technology and advancements in the field of medical technology.
  18. Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the institution.
  19. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field

  • Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) By A Recognized Accrediting Agency, Such As Ascp Or Amt

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Medical Technologist In A Clinical Laboratory Setting

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Testing Procedures And Instrumentation, Including Proficiency In Performing Complex Laboratory Tests

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Team-Oriented Environment.
