Job Description

At Atrium Health, we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of project coordination experience in a healthcare and/or technology environment, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating resources, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and ensuring project success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, apply your expertise in project management, and make a positive impact on Atrium Health’s mission. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, able to handle competing priorities, and passionate about helping our team reach its goals. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
  2. Coordinate resources to ensure project success.
  3. Communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  4. Manage projects from start to finish.
  5. Track progress and report on project milestones.
  6. Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
  7. Utilize project management best practices to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  8. Monitor project performance and provide timely updates.
  9. Provide recommendations for process and workflow improvements.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
