1. Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to new mothers and their newborns in the Mother Baby department.
2. Utilize nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients.
3. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including documentation of care provided.
4. Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times, following established protocols and procedures.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
