
Research Lab Technician II

- Conduct laboratory experiments and research projects under the guidance of senior researchers and physicians.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies for experiments.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from experiments.
- Record and maintain accurate and detailed experimental data and results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during experiments.
- Follow standard laboratory protocols and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute research studies.
- Keep up-to-date with current literature and research in the field to inform experimental design and procedures.
- Assist in the development and optimization of new laboratory techniques and protocols.
- Communicate research findings and updates to team members and supervisors.
- Participate in scientific conferences and presentations to share research findings.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations in all research activities.
- Train and mentor junior research staff and students.
- Contribute to the development and writing of scientific publications and grant proposals.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Research Laboratory Setting.
Proficient In Laboratory Techniques And Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Pcr, Elisa, And Flow Cytometry.
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
