Responsibilities: • Monitor and dispatch security personnel in a timely and efficient manner • Respond to alarms and emergency situations appropriately • Stay up to date on all emergency safety protocols • Maintain clear communication with security personnel and other staff members • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any potential issues quickly and accurately • Remain calm in high-pressure situations • Prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Utilize basic computer and typing skills to record and document security events • Work independently as well as part of a team to ensure safety and security
