  1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive analysis of consumer data to identify key insights and trends.
  2. Interpret and translate data into actionable recommendations for marketing and business strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and needs.
  5. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
  6. Utilize various research methodologies and tools to gather and analyze consumer data.
  7. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on consumer insights.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to track and measure the impact of consumer insights on organizational success.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance consumer insights capabilities.
  12. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to consumer data privacy and protection.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational goals and objectives.
  15. Represent Atrium Health in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
