We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy across our organization, ensuring that all members of our community feel valued and supported. To excel in this position, you must have a deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proven track record of driving meaningful change.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy for Atrium Health, aligning with the organization's mission and values.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all areas of the organization, including hiring, training, policies, and practices.
  3. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and in the larger healthcare community.
  4. Lead the development and implementation of programs and initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, such as cultural competency training, employee resource groups, and community partnerships.
  5. Partner with HR and other departments to ensure fair and equitable recruitment, hiring, and promotion practices.
  6. Develop and monitor metrics to track progress and measure the effectiveness of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  7. Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters, including conflict resolution and cultural sensitivity.
  8. Conduct regular assessments of the organization's diversity and inclusion climate and recommend strategies for improvement.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion and apply them to Atrium Health's initiatives.
  10. Represent Atrium Health at external events and conferences to promote our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
