  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing the needs and concerns of clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process, providing updates and answering any questions.
  5. Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient and timely use of resources.
  6. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document any issues or concerns.
  7. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and necessary repairs, including cost and timeline.
  8. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  9. Keep customers informed throughout the service process, providing updates on progress and any changes to the estimated timeline.
  10. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, service history, and payment information.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements to provide knowledgeable and informative recommendations to customers.
  13. Uphold dealership standards and policies, including maintaining a clean and professional work area.
  14. Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Audi Vehicles And Their Features: A Service Advisor At Audi Should Have A Strong Understanding Of All Audi Models, Their Features, And How They Function. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Accurately Assess And Diagnose Any Issues With Customer Vehicles.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As The Main Point Of Contact For Customers, A Service Advisor Must Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Be Friendly And Approachable, And Have The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.

  • Automotive Technical Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of Automotive Technology And Mechanics Is Essential For A Service Advisor At Audi. They Should Be Familiar With Common Car Issues, Repairs, And Maintenance Procedures To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Technicians.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: A Service Advisor Must Be Able To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively To Ensure That The Service Department Runs Smoothly. They Should Be Able To Work Efficiently Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Previous Experience In A Similar Role: While Not Always Required, Previous Experience As A Service Advisor Or In The Automotive Industry Is Highly Desirable. This Will Give The Candidate A Better Understanding Of The Role's Responsibilities And Make Them More Familiar With Audi's Processes And Procedures.
