Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority provides financial, administrative, consulting, technical, advisory, and other types of assistance to other public corporations, governmental instrumentalities, political subdivisions and municipalities authorized to develop infrastructure facilities and to establish alternate means for financing infrastructure facilities.
