  1. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers on how to effectively use our estimating and takeoff software.
  2. Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may encounter with our software.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers who could benefit from our estimating and takeoff solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in estimating and takeoff technology to continuously improve our software and services.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  6. Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and training materials to ensure customers have the necessary resources to effectively use our software.
  7. Work closely with the development team to provide customer feedback and help prioritize new features and enhancements for our estimating and takeoff products.
  8. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  10. Represent Autodesk at industry events and conferences to showcase our estimating and takeoff solutions and network with potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Construction Estimating Software: A Strong Understanding And Working Knowledge Of Estimating Software, Such As Autocad, Revit, Or Navisworks, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Utilize These Tools To Perform Accurate Takeoffs And Create Detailed Estimates.

  • Experience In Construction Industry: A Background In The Construction Industry, Whether In A Project Management Or Estimating Role, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. Familiarity With Industry Standards, Processes, And Terminology Will Enable The Candidate To Excel In This Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Mathematical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical And Mathematical Skills To Interpret And Analyze Project Plans, Specifications, And Other Construction Documents. The Ability To Perform Complex Calculations And Accurately Estimate Quantities Is Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Potential Discrepancies Or Errors In Project Plans And Specifications. This Skill Is Essential For Producing Accurate Takeoffs And Estimates.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Estimating & Takeoff Product Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Sales Teams, And Project Managers. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Convey Technical Information And Collaborate With Others.
