  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their individual and team targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in executing sales strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  7. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
  9. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  13. Stay informed about product updates and developments to effectively communicate and demonstrate product value to clients.
  14. Provide regular feedback to upper management on market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Motivating A Sales Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate With Clients.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Sales Processes And Strategies, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Sales Performance.
