Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Motivating A Sales Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate With Clients.
