  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Revit software to German-speaking customers.
  2. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical individuals in a clear and understandable manner.
  3. Collaborate with a team of experts to ensure a seamless customer experience with Revit.
  4. Stay updated on new features and updates for Revit in order to effectively assist customers.
  5. Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers from various backgrounds and technical knowledge levels.
  6. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical support or development teams when necessary.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
  9. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving Revit software based on customer interactions and experiences.
  10. Represent Autodesk in a professional and positive manner in all customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Revit Software: A Technical Support Specialist For Revit Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Revit Software And Its Functionalities. This Includes A Strong Knowledge Of Bim Principles, Project Setup, Families, And Workflows.

  • Fluency In German: Since This Position Requires Communication With German-Speaking Customers, Fluency In German Is Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively In Both Written And Verbal Forms.

  • Technical Background: A Strong Technical Background Is Necessary For This Role As The Technical Support Specialist Will Be Troubleshooting Complex Software Issues And Providing Technical Guidance To Customers. A Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Or A Related Field Is Preferred.

  • Customer Service Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills And Be Able To Provide A Positive Experience For Customers. This Includes Active Listening, Problem-Solving, And Effective Communication.

  • Experience In Technical Support: Previous Experience In A Technical Support Role Is Highly Desirable For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Technical Support Processes And Be Able To Handle Multiple Customer Inquiries Simultaneously.
