Job Description

Manage, coach and grow an Experience Design team covering UX/UI on both web and mobile applications in Autodesk Construction Solution. Work with Product Managers and Engineering leads to contribute to product planning and feature definition, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to help drive informed decision-making. Mix hands-on design skills with leadership superpowers, working across functions, leading by example and advocating for great UX design as a driver of business success. Has customer centric mindset, lead the team to maintain a stable or growing easy to access customer pool for user research and design validation purpose. Accountable for the quality, consistency, and delivery of the design team.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design for web and mobile apps

  • 3+ years user experience team management experience and successfully shipped high-quality products

  • Demonstrable experience of driving web and mobile products from concept to realization with well-thought-through design

  • Experience of working with a global team or managing remote team members
