Quality Engineer

Manages Incoming Inspection of Raw Materials and Tooling (masks). Supports the plant Quality Management System and compliance to ISO 9001, MIL-STD-790, and other standards through process and product internal audits and supplier audits as requested. Investigates manufacturing and customer nonconformances through root cause analysis, and effectively develops and implements corrective actions necessary to resolve nonconformances. Formulates responses to customer concerns. Improves quality performance using process controls, product inspection, FMEA, risk management, data analysis, and problem solving tools. Develops/revises specifications for processes/products. Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
