Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at Banana Republic! Our ideal candidate is a customer service professional who is friendly and engaging, and has a strong interest in fashion and retail. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to every customer that visits our store.The successful candidate should have a high school diploma, at least one year of prior retail experience, and an understanding of the Banana Republic brand and product. We are looking for someone who is able to build relationships with customers, understands current fashion trends, and is able to provide personalized recommendations. You should also be comfortable using computers and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.If you are an enthusiastic team player with a passion for customer service and fashion, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to every customer that visits the store.
  2. Build relationships with customers through friendly and engaging conversations.
  3. Understand current fashion trends and provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  4. Maintain a working knowledge of the Banana Republic brand and products.
  5. Assist customers in finding their desired items and completing their purchases.
  6. Utilize computers and POS systems to process payments and record sales data.
  7. Ensure all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
  9. Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
