The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer experience and be able to develop innovative strategies for customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, 5+ years of customer experience and strategy experience, an in-depth understanding of customer segmentation and analytics, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders. A strong background in retail and fashion is a plus. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
