1. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customers' home decor needs and preferences.
2. Utilize knowledge of interior design and current home decor trends to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
3. Guide customers through the selection and purchase process of home decor items, including furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories.
4. Collaborate with store team members to create visually appealing and on-brand displays to showcase the latest home decor products.
5. Stay updated on product knowledge, including materials, features, and pricing, to accurately inform and assist customers.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
7. Accurately process transactions and maintain organized records of customer orders, payments, and returns.
8. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
9. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to store management.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a visually appealing and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
11. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and informing management of any supply needs.
12. Attend training sessions and stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
