Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative, innovative, and effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and support store sales
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the brand’s aesthetic and store standards
• Conduct in-store visits to evaluate visual and operational standards and make recommendations for improvement
• Create and manage floor plans, planograms, and display fixtures to maximize store space
• Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure optimal product placement
• Train and mentor store personnel on visual merchandising standards and techniques
• Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and store operations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop new strategies to increase customer engagement
• Manage and coordinate travel and other related activities
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures
